Perception is often the problem that paralyzes YOU, preventing YOU from producing or performing to YOUR potential; How YOU “see” or interpret YOUR “predicaments” determines YOUR priorities which influence YOUR performance and thus YOUR “part” or “portrayal” is the product YOU put out. Procrastination is personal. YOU are YOUR podium, YOUR story is YOUR platform, Are YOU prepared to present or will YOU pause?

YOU must recognize whether people believe YOU or just “believe in” YOUR hopes, dreams, and words. It is possible for someone to “believe in” what YOU support and “stand for” for the purpose(s) of achieving THEIR agenda through YOU as opposed to achieving YOUR agenda with YOU. YOU are necessary (needed), but YOU have to realize that If they don’t believe YOU they won’t hesitate to leave YOU when THEIR mission is accomplished.

Sometimes the most difficult thing to do is the very thing that will ease the pain and bring YOU out of the darkness and closer to the light that shines for/from you. The real mess is in the closet of YOUR mind where YOU have stored away the costumes, masks , and identities that YOU’VE used as coping/defense mechanisms to deal with life until now. Our “then” sets traps that only our “now” can set us free from; Only YOU can set YOU loose.

YOU must recognize when YOU are not as “important” or “terrific” to some people as they may have YOU to believe. The truth is that due to their situations and circumstances, people TOLERATE YOU for their sake of survival or for the sanity of not having to deal with the decisions, choices, or messes YOU make/made. Not everyone is going to believe or “believe in” YOU; Being honest with ourselves saves us from having to depend on the lies of others.

YOU are necessary where YOU are but where YOU are is not necessary, YOU will be important (needed) or even more at the next level;
Quite often we get comfortable with our access to being part of a system so much so that we fail to realize that our current reliance on/in our present environment is disabling rather than enabling our moves. “Need” is wherever “YOU” BE, “appreciation” (recognition/respect) are found where YOU BELONG. GO.

YOUR “hang-ups” could be the thing or things responsible for “holding up” YOUR progress; YOU have to have a flexible comfort zone if YOU want to achieve multiple levels of growth and graduation in the process that is required for YOUR promotion. Being the “same” doesn’t produce “different” and change is the difference that will create the YOU that YOU’VE been going for!

There are people who claim to be “for you” that are only waiting “for you” to succeed or fail in order to capitalize for themselves;
Understand that being “for you” is not the same as BEING YOU and being YOU is why YOU will make it and what will effectively determine YOUR success. It doesn’t matter who or what is in it for YOU, it matters what YOU are in it for, that should be YOU!

YOU have an advantage over any competition for YOUR spot, YOU!
No one can accomplish what is designated for YOU no matter the effort, energy, or emotion that they put into it unless YOU decide to surrender access to YOUR position by virtue of assuming that YOU don’t have to “apply”. The appropriate motion determines promotion; YOU will because of YOUR WILL, if YOU don’t, it’s because YOU didn’t.
