openly

rights and freedoms
speech and religion
evils and the system
poets fight*
they don’t listen

poets fighting* about feelings
and emotions
and being hopeless
in between quotients
about potions,
potent
that are elixirs,
spoken

poets fighting* about
the politics of fights*
holograms
and sights
nights spent excited
about lights,
ideas and I did’s
life

poets fighting*
about
about’s
bouts with outs
and shouts
for clouts
doubts
that spout
from mouths
that pout

poets fighting* about
principles
learned from principals
put into action
by institutes
and performed
but
not listened to,
always

poets
fighting*
the fight*
for poetry
and other things
that make sense
to them
but not
to me
so instead
of fighting*
I do the opposite
and
let them be…
