The amount of YOU that YOU are capable of giving to others depends on how much YOU that YOU have to give. If YOU do not have ownership & possession of YOURSELF (emotions, experiences, energies) then YOU will not have any of YOU to dispense and what happens then is that all YOU are able to give is nothing and that is what others will get from YOU. YOU have to do something about that.
