A few lessons I’ve learned…

-What I thought was the “worst”, wasn’t, I’ve learned that it rarely is. Panic is a greater motivator and seasoning than fear is. Fear can be overcome with just a little courage; Panic might destroy any chances at fixing or correcting the situation.

-Time doesn’t heal all wounds, but it teaches you ways to heal from them.

-People generally believe about you what you believe about you, but they can only expect of you what they expect of themselves. Hard to teach what you’ve not been taught.

-Age adds a perspective that no advice can ever give you. Some things you are just going to have to learn for yourself, over time.

-EVERYONE, and E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y deals with stuff and mess and issues, and they might not be handling them as well as you think they are. Behind smiles are problems, underneath the hood of those nice cars is an empty gas tank, 2 year old oil, and a repossession notice. In that big house is a silent cry cracking the foundation slowly, hurting from the effects and troubles of life and things that E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y has to deal with!
