YOU have to know YOU.

YOU have to know who YOU are.

YOU have to know why YOU are.

YOU have to know what YOU are.

YOU have to know where YOU are.

But that is not enough…

YOU have to know when to BE YOU.

YOU aren’t always a requirement. Sometimes, YOU need to fallback. Because the moment requires a different version. The moment will require a silent YOU, a less active YOU, a more observant YOU, a learning YOU, a following YOU, a YOU that is not as involved.

YOU will have to recognize that.

So as not to burn out, YOU have to manage and maintain the balance of being YOU. YOU are not always going to be “on”. Everyday is not going to be 79° and sunny. Some times are going to render YOU helpless, and unable to be the YOU that YOU are known for. The YOU that YOU would prefer to be.

YOU have to be okay with that.

That’s part of YOU too. The dark part. The down parts. The hard parts. The loser. The failure. The struggler. The runner. The loner. The un-finisher. The unreliable. The disappoint-er.

YOU get to be that person too.

YOU have every right to experience the fullness of what YOUR lived experience is. And that YOU, the YOU that is capable of going through challenge and trial to eventually face and overcome the extent of adversities that will undoubtedly prove the trueness of YOUR identity: that YOU are a successful YOU.

What YOU are made of, what YOU are capable of, and what YOU are known for… Well, that YOU is special.

That YOU is extraordinary. That YOU is important.

And YOU are going to find that out. That YOU are exactly who YOU are and what YOU are and whatever YOUR why is, and where YOU belong, when YOU recognize that YOU make those decisions.

YOU will have YOUR time. YOU will have YOUR season. YOU will have YOUR moment.

When YOU are ready.

And when it’s on YOU.
