You ready?
Face yourself- You have to have an acknowledgement, acceptance, and an awareness of who you were, who you are, and who you desire to be. Get okay and on point with YOU. Be vulnerable, transparent, honest, and deliberate, with YOU. Be real, and realistic, with YOU! Start there.
Pace yourself- Get off of “their” clock. You are not always going to make it, do it, be it, have it, learn it, understand it, receive it, appreciate it or “get it” the way “they” do. Your process and progress is YOUR process and progress. Know that you have to move and choose at YOUR speed, according to YOUR need.
Space yourself- It is for YOU. Get that through your head! You are not supposed to, nor obligated to, share everything. Even the smallest things. That idea is yours, keep it to yourself UNTIL it is time to share it. Same goes for YOUR money, time, energy, love, presence, compassion, empathy, encouragement, consideration, confidence, and consistency. GIVE YOURSELF THESE THINGS! You do that by doing that! Get some space for you, just for you. Prioritize and emphasize giving yourself safety, security, and significance. Give yourself love and admiration. Give yourself time and grace. FORGIVE YOU. BELIEVE YOU. TRUST YOU. You need space to do this. Space away from anyone and anything that is too close to, or in the way of, you being able to do what YOU have to do, for YOU!
Race yourself- There is only competition for being like someone else. There is no competition in the race to be you. You’ve got that won. Already. The truth is that all you can do is create separation from those that want to be like you. But the race to be you, YOU ARE ALWAYS 1st! YOU ARE YOUR ONLY COMPETITION there. So GO, DO, BE, as fast or as you have to in order to break personal records, achieve personal bests, and conquer personal goals. YOU have no one to worry about in the race to be YOU, but YOU. No one has a training technique, method, or cheat code to beat you at BEING YOU. They can’t even get close if YOU continue to DO YOUR BEST at BEING YOU. In the race to be YOU, the real YOU wins every time. And keep going. It’s a marathon, Champion!
