This is not a layoff (an end or devastating setback), it’s just a layover (a delay or temporary pause) on your trip (career, life, understanding, journey). Your flight (growth, road, success, opportunity) will resume once there is maintenance (learning, rest, understanding, acceptance) and the required process done on the vehicle (job, relationship, opportunity) in order for your trip (means of getting there) to continue.
